    Nursing Center Division Clinical Operations Wins Kentucky Quality Award


    Kindred’s Nursing Center Division, Clinical Operations received the Commitment Award from the Kentucky Center for Performance Excellence on June 9 in Frankfort, Kentucky. The award recognizes the organization’s commitment to and implementation of performance improvement principles towards reaching excellence. Barbara Baylis, RN, MSN, Senior Vice President, Clinical and Residential Services for Kindred’s Nursing Center Division said, “There is compelling evidence that the effective implementation of quality management principles and methods has a positive impact on business performance. These performance advantages translate into improved customer service, patient care and satisfaction. Effective adoption of performance excellence principles make good economic and business sense.”
